CPS is Now Officially Called knoell USA, LLC

We are pleased to inform you that effective October 11, 2017, Critical Path Services, LLC has changed its name to knoell USA, LLC.

Our name change reflects our desire to more clearly communicate our proud involvement with the knoell group of companies, to which we have belonged since 2013. Business will continue as usual - all contracts entered into under Critical Path Services, LLC will remain operative under our new name and will not need to be amended in connection with the name change. We will continue to operate out of the same offices with the same personnel, and our EIN will remain the same. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions.
